Our goal is that everyone is completely satisfied with their purchase and the service they received from OhMyRibbon. However, in the real world, sometimes things just don’t work out. If something goes wrong, please let us know and we will do our best to fix things up.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with our product, you may return them within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. The product must be unused and should be returned with all the original packaging (i.e. in resellable condition) to receive your refund. Return shipping costs are to be paid by you. Custom made products can not be returned.

We use third-parties to ship goods. Please take into consideration that we have no control over the actual shipping and the time it will take. If for some reason the package arrives too late, just deny the package and it will be shipped back and you will receive a full refund.
If we shipped you the wrong product or the product is defective, please carefully repack the product for return and contact us. Please don’t use it. We will ship you the correct product and cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
